3. Onefoot Island Wedding Package

It doesn’t matter where you stay on Aitutaki when you book a wedding package with Onefoot Island Weddings operated by Bishop’s Cruises. They’ll take you out to the uninhabited One Foot Island (Tapuaetai) for a toes-in-the-sand wedding.

Their standard wedding package includes: transfers to/from the island, a celebrant, wedding paperwork, flowers for the bride and groom, witnesses, a local string band, Champagne for the wedding toast, a gift voucher for a local black pearl jeweller, and a bottle of Champagne. Starting with their most affordable package, the “Togetherness Package” includes a wedding planner, all of the marriage paperwork and transfers to the registrar, witnesses, a venue at a beach or church, a decorated signing table, a floral heart in the sand, transfers from your accommodations, bridal bouquet, buttonhole or ei (neck garland) for the groom, a bottle of sparkling wine and a wedding gift.

The couple-centric eco-friendly Etu Moana Boutique Beach Villas in Aitutaki offers four wedding packages, starting with “The Etu Moana Classic Package”. This entails a wedding planner, minister/celebrant, wedding paperwork, witnesses, a tropical wedding cake, floral bouquet, buttonhole and garlands for the bride and groom, a decorated wedding venue, a two-man band, decoration in your villa, Champagne and a romantic dinner on the beach.

Another wedding planner company based on Rarotonga, Wedded Bliss is worth choosing if you have big dreams for your wedding. Their “Paradise Package” includes complete assistance from the wedding coordinator (including for finding accommodation), wedding paperwork, scheduling and attending meetings with the suppliers and more.

They go through a wedding rehearsal with you and prepare the venue and consult the celebrant for a personalised experience. A deluxe photo package is also included, as well as the hair and beauty of the bride and up to two bridesmaids. The bridal preparation comes complete with two bottles of sparkling wine and two tropical platters.
